When an item is placed in the synthesizer in the 9 slots on the left, the item cannot be displayed. The item name can be seen, and it can be placed and removed normally. Items can be synthesized normally, the resulting synthesized items can be seen, and items can be placed in the synthesizer and saved inside without any issue. The problem is only that the placed items cannot be displayed.
