Enderman mob spawn too often and grief world

Endermen appear very often and place blocks very often. In my survival world, around the base, I kill endermen every day or night (there are 30 killed around the base).

They appear everywhere. In a few days in Minecraft, I have removed over 50 or almost 100 blocks of grass, dirt and gravel that the endermen have randomly placed. I think this must be a bug, because there is no real chance that this rate of appearance is intentional.

This is really a bigger problem than some creeper destroying your home. This is the uncontrollable destruction of the entire world around my base, and it's not only destroying my buildings, but also the terrain, the panorama, and in the future, potential farms. Sometimes they spawn or teleport into 1 block gaps.

I want to show you some screenshots that I took in a copy of my world. I was really frustrated, so I lit up all the existing caves around the base in my world, but it didn't help at all. I'm giving you my world files (if upload didn’t fail) and I hope you come up with a solution and a possible fix.

World has over 1GB so i needed to use google drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iqdERHCXF6Bt9y8us2JerD5gjZVjS1v_/view?usp=sharing

I don't know to what extent this is replicable, but perhaps there will be information in the log that could help solve this problem.

TLDR:
What happens? Endermen spawn too often and placing too many blocks uncontrollable
What should happen? opposite

Environment

Classic survival gameplay experience, I tracked this bug around the base. i think can be replicated anywhere around.

Please edit your report to change the Affected Version to the version shown on the Minecraft title screen

You are asking for a change to endermen's behavior. Feature requests are not accepted on Mojira so I will resolve this as Invalid. That said, I also find this behavior quite maddening (it's the only form of mob griefing which is outside of the player's control) so I always use a datapack to disable it for my survival worlds.
