"Not Today, Thank You" advancement can be earned by blocking a projectile with any item with the blocks_attacks component

It is possible to earn the “Not Today, Thank You” advancement by blocking an attack with any item with the blocks_attacks component, even though the advancement’s description is “Deflect a projectile with a Shield”.

To reproduce

1. /advancement revoke @s only minecraft:story/deflect_arrow

2. /give @s minecraft:iron_sword[minecraft:blocks_attacks={}]

3. /summon minecraft:skeleton ^ ^1 ^6

4. Switch to survival if you are not already in it

5. Immediately look towards the skeleton and block with your sword
   When the skeleton shoots you, you earn the “Not Today, Thank You” advancement

6. Kill the skeleton or switch to creative, and hover over the advancement message in the chat
   It says “Deflect a projectile with a Shield”

Expected behavior

Either you would not have earned the advancement, or the description would instead say something like “Block an incoming projectile with your held item” (see also MC-304698).
