waxed lightning rod don't remove oxide layers from copper golem statues

The waxed lightning rods (all oxidation variants) don’t remove oxide layers from nearby copper golem statues, were as the unwaxed variants do.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. place an oxidised (or other variant) copper copper golem statue (unwaxed) next to a waxed lightning rod

2. have lightning strike the lightning rod (naturally or with a channelling trident, multiple strikes are needed)

Expected result
The statue will have the oxide removed (with both a waxed and unwaxed lightning rod)

Actual result
Only an unwaxed lightning rod will remove oxide from the statue
