Zombified piglins can target players in Creative mode after spreading anger

Steps to reproduce:

• Start a world with commands enabled and go to the Nether in a Nether Wastes biome

• Locate a group of zombified piglins

• Switch to survival mode

• Punch one of the zombified piglins and run away for a few seconds

• Switch to creative mode

• Move in some direction

Observed results:

• Zombified piglins stop being angry, then start being angry and following again

Expected results:

• Zombified piglins stop being angry
