Lunge Enchantment Ineffective In Water

The lunge enchantment doesn’t work when the player is standing, floating or swimming in water and when flying in creative mode, despite working inside/on top of other blocks/fluids that affect the player's movement speed. (Works In/On: Ladder, Vines, Twisting Vines, Weeping Vines, Cobweb, Lava, Soul Sand, Slime Block, Honey Block)
