While playing, I found that my specific world’s trail vaults do not open after clicking on it with the right or wrong key. I have not used any vaults in the world yet, no others work, it works fine on other worlds. I don’t know what is causing this.

Okay. The possible issues you might be facing are
World Corruption
Untriggered room activation glitch
Now what you could try is re-loading the world. Or copy the world and check if it will work.
Copying could fix any corruption from what i know.
