[MC-304879] The zombie nautilus doesn't suffocate.

I thought maybe there are still errors in this version and I started experimenting.

Environment

1. Conduct an experiment and spawn two nautiluses: a zombie and a normal version (for the zombie version, you need to put any block on it so it doesn't burn.)
2. Please wait 25 seconds.
Result: You will see that the zombie nautilus does not suffocate at all.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, Redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
