As of the today (the introduction of update 1.21.11) gamerule commands no longer lists doDaylightCycle in its lists of commands. My game is set to false and stuck on nighttime and I cannot find any command that will make the day/night cycle resume. I find I can set it to a particular time of day or just daytime but the time will not advance onward.
