[MC-30500] Split npc village in amplified worldtype

While I was flying around in the amplified mode, I notice many npc village is torn apart by the extreme terrain.

Everything is normal (except from the burning house 😉 ). That's a normal mountain village.The houses themselves are intact, only the placement has to follow the AMPLIFIED landscape.
