[MC-305006] Using shears on a beehive or bee nest doesn't play a hand animation

When you right click with shears on both bee blocks, it doesn’t play a hand animation to indicate you just sheared the honeycomb from them. This is inconsistent with the glass bottle which does play a hand animation when you right click on a bee block.

This is intended behavior, there’s no animation for right clicking it with the shears in 1.21.10 version of the game either.

I tested it and it looks like every version up until 1.21.8 had the hand animation as expected. With 1.21.9 and beyond, it’s missing. I definitely believe it’s a bug.
