So, I updated my world to 1.21.11 from 1.21.10, but upon loading, the daylight cycle is broken and there is a visual bug.
It is not going to night time, whether normally or through commands. Well, it is, but as I said, visual bug.
So it looks like it’s day time, but it’s not. I spawned mobs that burn in the daytime to prove it. I have an image to prove this below.
Mobs that burn in day time don't anymore whether its daytime or not by the code.
I cannot sleep in any bed now even if the game considers the time to be night time.
Only time of when I can is when a thunderstorm happens. Then sleeping works. In the images, there's that black line there.
That is only there when it’s night time and it’s not there when it’s actually day time.
I tried optimizing the world, I tried F3-A (Reload Chunks). I tried everything I can think of and it did not work.
This is not a mod issue. This is a vanilla game issue as I am not the only one experiencing this. Please fix this.

We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Please record a video of this happening while the F3 debug overlay is enabled and attach it to this report.
If you are on Windows, you can use Windows+Alt+R to open a built-in app for recording game footage.
If you are on Mac (Mojave or later), you can use Shift+Command+5 to open a built-in app for recording your screen.
In case you don't have a program to record videos, we recommend using the free recording software OBS.
In case the resulting video file is too large to be uploaded to the bug tracker directly, please upload it elsewhere (e.g. as unlisted video on YouTube) and link to it here.

I´ve found out that this behavior can be seen, when you upgrade your world to 1.21.11 and having an outdated World Generation Datapack. E.g Tectonic for 1.21.10.
