Home Cape disappeared after being correctly obtained; requesting verification and delivery of Zombie Cape after completing Mayhem Quest.

During the Home and Livestream Cape event, I completed all required steps correctly and the Home Cape was successfully added to my inventory. I was able to equip and use the cape, confirming that it was granted properly and even played on multiplayer to confirm it.

However, after a few days, the Home Cape disappeared from my inventory without any action from my side. I did not delete it, trade it, or violate any rules. I attempted to report this issue earlier, but unfortunately received no response or resolution.

Recently, I have completed the Mayhem Quest to obtain the Zombie Cape. Given my previous experience where a correctly earned cape was later removed, I am requesting that my account be carefully reviewed to ensure that:

1. The Zombie Cape is correctly granted and permanently retained, and

2. The Home Cape disappearance is investigated and restored if possible.

If I am mistaken about where this issue should be reported, please guide me to the correct platform or support channel for cosmetic reward issues with required link as sites dont open for me sometimes. I want to ensure this is handled properly, as all requirements were completed legitimately.

In the event that the Zombie Cape is not granted, or if it disappears after being awarded (similar to what occurred with the Home Cape), this report documents that the issue was raised in advance and that my account was requested to be reviewed.
