[MC-305313] Nautilus name tag application

Name tags can only be applied to untamed nautilus. Upon being tamed, the name of the nautilus disappears.

Saw your video, this is the behaviour on a brand-new world. The bug occurs on my world, even importing it across machines. I might consider trying to get a screen recording.
