Opaque leaves do not cull the faces of other blocks

MC-179383 finally got fixed in 1.21.11, improving performance in forested areas. There is, still, however, the issue that blocks next to opaque leaves are still rendered in their entirety, which should not happen as they are not visible in this state.

To reproduce, go into Spectator mode and enter a tree with your graphics setting set to make leaves opaque.

Expected behaviour would be for the logs on the inside of the tree to not be visible. However, they are, which is wrong.
