When tripwire placed above player head and player jumps straight above it gets triggered twice. Connected to redstone observer and a on/off copper lamp, the lamp state stays as on when tripwire goes back to off position.
Very high reproduce rate. Check attached video. When jumping below tripwire itβs reproduced almost every time, it wasnβt reproduced once. When running and jumping through tripwire it works correctly, however, sometimes it fails too, but reproduce rate is lower.
Setup:
At 3 block height attach tripwire with strings 2 blocks long, add observer facing downward touching copper lamp. Trigger tripwire jumping from below.
Placing tripwire on chunks border or inside a chunk does not change the behavior. Lamp is just to show the problem, it is reproducible with just two connected tripwire hooks.

This has nothing to do with the tripwire. Your observer is observing the redstone wire turning on and then observing it turn off again.
I created simplified scenario without observer and redstone.

In this video: the problem is recreated in a first try. Lamp goes on on tripwire trigger. It gets triggered another time without me triggering it. Lamp goes off. It should stay on.
