Are you using a resource pack? If so, try disabling it. If it still looks wrong then please take another screenshot of the issue with the debug overlay (F3) enabled and showing the game version and system specs.

We think that this is likely fixed. We can not reproduce it on the latest snapshot. Can you still reproduce it?
