I have had this account for roughly 14 years. I bought it waaaay before bedrock was even in the making. Yet it’s telling me that I only own bedrock on this account, and that I have to buy Java to play on PC. I was playing on pc on this account about 2 months ago.

Might be a launcher cache issue, have you tried re-installing the launcher and trying again on the same account? Granted that it was fine 2 months ago like you said.
