Elytra are activated after only single tapping the jump key when the player is in lava

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run the command: /fill ~ ~ ~ ~5 ~5 ~5 lava

2. Run the command: /effect give @s minecraft:fire_resistance infinite 0 true

3. Equip an Elytra

4. Enter the newly-created lava area and switch gamemode to Survival

5. Press the space key once

Observed Results:  

Player enters flight mode from only one press of their jump button

Expected Results:  

Player can’t activate Elytra in lava, like water or player must double tap their jump button to activate Elytra, like air
