[MC-30555] Resource Packs not updating

When switching resource pack while playing, sometimes new packs will not appear in the resource pack menu, also, while playing if F3+T is hit, it will not always update the resource packs.

Huh.. I'll try reinstalling the snapshot, maybe that will fix it.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.2 / Launcher version 1.3.4 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
