[MC-305554] Java Edition Cape Redemption Error

I have been a customer of Minecraft since version 1.6 beta in 2011. I redeemed my code for the copper cape some weeks ago. I still have not redeemed a cape, I tried to re-enter my code as I figured I may have entered it wrong, but it said code had already been redeemed. I own both bedrock and java edition of the game, however I am unable to access Bedrock edition of the game as I play on Mac OS. I cannot access my copper cape on java edition.
