Zombified Piglins start infighting from spear friendly fire.
For comparison,Drowned do not start infighting from a companion’s trident attack and Piglins do not retaliate against other Piglins for accidental arrow damage. The same group cohesion logic should apply to Zombified Piglins.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Locate a group of Zombified Piglins (with at least one carrying a spear).
2.Attack one Zombified Piglin to anger the entire group.
3.Observe the combat. The charged attack from one Zombified Piglin will occasionally hit and damage another member of its own group.
4. Watch the behavior of the damaged Zombified Piglin.
Expected result:
The Zombified Piglins should remain united and continue attacking the player as their sole target. Friendly fire should not cause infighting.
Actual result:
The Zombified Piglin that was damaged by a companion’s spear charged attack incorrectly identifies its fellow piglin as the attacker. It will stop targeting the player and instead retaliate against the piglin that hit it. This often triggers a chain reaction, causing the entire group to fight among themselves, which completely breaks their intended group combat behavior.

This is intended per MC-304140.
Zombies and Husks share this issue, but it is particularly illogical for Zombified Piglins. Given that the Drowned, another undead mob, behaves correctly in the same situation, the inconsistency is evident.
