Striped Wolves do not Spawn in Wooded Badlands

Steps to Reproduce Bug:

1. Create a Wooded Badlands Singe Biome World.

2. Fly Around and search for Striped Wolves.

Expected Results:
Striped Wolves Spawn, typically in packs of 4.

Actual Results:
Striped Wolves do not Spawn at all, resulting in a wolf variant not being obtainable in Survival Mode.
