Hoglins and zoglins no longer attack

This behavior was introduced in 26.1-snapshot-3.

Steps to reproduce

1. Spawn a hoglin or zoglin.

2. Enter Survival mode and approach it or, in the case of the zoglin, spawn any other mob nearby.

3. Observe its behavior.

Observed behavior

The hoglin or zoglin will pursue the player or mob but will not display an attack animation or deal damage to it.

Expected behavior

The hoglin or zoglin would attack its target, flinging it into the air, as was the case in previous versions.
