The "light" block is displaying the incorrect texture for the 2D icon shown in the block when holding the "light" item; the item texture is fine. The texture seems to be drawing mostly from the textures for the block-breaking animation and the "detector rail" item. It also includes a horizontal bar that I couldn't identify as being part of any other block's texture, and the icon becomes more cluttered the higher the light level it's set to emit.
I've been able to recreate the issue just by placing down a "light" block anywhere in any world in Creative mode. It shows up fine in 1.21.10, and I have not tried to recreate this bug in any snapshots. I am using Iris and Sodium, as well as Complementary Shaders, but the block still appears the same when I deactivate the shaders and when I swap to the "programmer art" resource pack.

Unable to reproduce in vanilla 1.21.11, however this seems like a known Iris issue. Try disabling the Iris mod entirely.
The Environment field is supposed to only contain PC details.

Your game, launcher, or server is modified. If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please create a new ticket.
Any nonstandard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
A world which had previously been opened with a modified client might be corrupted. Please try reproducing the issue in a newly generated world.
Any plugin issues need to be reported to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers such as Hypixel, please contact them first as they use modified server software.

I forgot to take off my texture packs before submitting this, but it seems to just be drawing from the incorrect parts of the texture map, as without the texture packs on, it just displays random uncentered chunks of multiple textures
