Bug:
All items found in the creative Operator Utilities tab are have the Epic rarity tier, except for the four unique paintings (Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind). These paintings are not found in the Functional Blocks tab, and are exclusive to Operator Utilities, even when the Operator Item Tabs option is toggled on.
Expected result:
These paintings would have the Epic rarity tier, similar to every other item found in the Operator Utilities tab
Actual result:
These paintings have the Common rarity tier
