When loading a Minecraft world, in normal gameplay entities of all types (Block entities, mobs, etc) will glow if in a block light level of 1 or higher, this does not affect skylight.
I have had my friends test this on their system as well and it has ended with the same results
Steps to reproduce:
1. Join a world and set it to night
2. Place a glow lichen
3. Spawn a mob near the glow lichen and see the glowing effect
Expected Behavior: Entities should follow regular light levels, changing brightness on 1 - 15
Actual Behavior: Entities end up glowing regardless of light level value, seemingly glowing

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, Driver Version: 590.48.01
