Worried panda no longer shake and hide its face during a thunderstorm.

I test in 1.21.11 and 26.1 Snapshot 6, and it works in 1.21.11, but doesn’t work in 26.1 Snapshot 6.

This behavior seems to have been introduced in 26.1-snapshot-6.
-I got a panda to give the animation in 26.1-snapshot-5.
