Steps to Reproduce:
In a multiplayer server or realm, have at least two players (Player A and Player B) standing near a jukebox.
Insert a music disc into the jukebox. Both Player A and Player B should be able to hear it playing.
As Player A, open the pause menu (Press
ESC).Go to
Options->Language, and select a different language.Close the pause menu and return to the game.
Expected Result:
Both Player A and Player B should continue to hear the jukebox music normally after Player A changes the language.
Actual Result:
For Player A (who switched language): The jukebox animation continues, but all audio from it is completely gone. The music does not return unless the disc is stopped and restarted, or the player relogs.
For Player B (and any other players): The jukebox continues to play normally, and they can hear the music without any issues.
Additional Information:
Multiplayer Specific: This bug has been confirmed in a multiplayer setting.
Singleplayer Status: The behavior in singleplayer mode has not been tested yet.
Scope: Only the player who performs the language switch is affected. This confirms it is a client-side audio issue related to the language reload, not a server-side game state issue.
Environment
Operating System: Windows 11
