Minecraft's Networking Problem

I'd like to suggest an improvement to the Minecraft: Java Edition network stack. I'm a server owner, and I've been receiving complaints from players about skyrocketing ping when flying on Elytra, among other quirks. Note that this only applies to Java players. We are using Geyser. We've conducted extensive tests using Iperf and noticed numerous retransmissions and losses with TCP, but this doesn't happen with the UDP protocol. I understand perfectly well that the problem lies with the hosting provider, but I can't do anything about it because I don't have access to all the nodes connecting to my player.
Therefore, I ask you to understand my situation and add a UDP protocol mode like in Bedrock to the server version of Minecraft, and of course to the client. This will reduce latency and allow the server owner to choose the protocol themselves. Additionally, I believe that games shouldn't use a protocol with guaranteed packet delivery, especially one as static as Minecraft.
Sincerely, Vavun33
