Java Edition caps the fps at the refresh rate, even if it is turned off in nvidia and minecraft settings. But when you switch to windowed, the fps reaches the max level. I am having this problem on 1.21.11, Windows 10. I turned vsync off from the integrated intel graphics settings, i turned off fullscreen compatibility customizations, i deleted the mods that i was using but none of these worked. Are there anyone having this problem? And if you have any solution for this, please share it with me.
