[MC-306495] All mannequins have the Alex skin, regardless of the summoning command

When I summoned the dummy, it had the Alex skin, but I wrote my name in the command

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Invalid.

To summon a dummy with the same skin as the one your using it needs to be done by using the /summon minecraft:mannequin ~ ~ ~ {profile:"YourUsername"} command.
