Fireball of dispenser used Blaze’s subtitle

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a dispenser

2. Place a lever connecting to the dispenser

3. click the lever

Supposed Behaviour:

Subtitle should be something like “small fireball shoots”.

Observed Behavior:

When dispenser shoots fire charge, it uses the subtitle subtitles.entity.blaze.shoot directly.

I think the reason is the fireball from Fire-charge and Blaze are same.
