G-Sync cannot be enabled in the new borderless window mode

In the previous exclusive full-screen mode, with G-Sync enabled, the monitor's refresh rate could change along with the game's frame rate. However, in the new borderless full-screen mode, regardless of the game's frame rate, the monitor's refresh rate remains fixed at the highest refresh rate selected by the device.
