Entities now appear darker than blocks on brightness values other than "Bright"

This behavior was introduced in 26.1-snapshot-7.

The bug

At full brightness, entities’ and block entities’ color will match that of regular blocks, but when reducing the brightness, there is a noticeable difference.

Steps to reproduce

1. Apply the attached resource pack.

2. Join the attached world.

3. Set the Brightness setting to any value below 100.

Observed behavior

Entities’ color will appear darker than the color of blocks.

Expected behavior

Entities’ color would visually match the color of blocks, as was the case in previous versions.
