[MC-306581] Copper golem statue doesn't break adjacent cactus or below farmland/path

when placing a copper golem statue on dirt path，the dirt path doesn’t turn into dirt block as it was expected.

this issue also affects other blocks those updates their status when environment changes.

Can confirm as of 26.1-snapshot-9, copper golem statues do not update blocks.
