The skeleton variants Bogged, Parched and Stray shoot extended tipped arrows of Poison, Weakness or Slowness at their target. However, when you kill them, they will only ever drop “regular” tipped arrows of Poison, Weakness or Slowness. The expected result would be that they have a chance to drop of the arrow that they shoot.

If a bogged shoots you then you get 5 seconds of poison
-The arrow dropped is 5 seconds long when killed (expected result)
If a Stray shoots you then you get 30 seconds of slowness
-The arrow dropped is 11 seconds long when killed
If a Parched shoots you then you get 30 seconds of weakness
-The arrow dropped is 11 seconds long when killed
