[MC-306667] No pointer when in game, also when signing in theris bug report

My version is 26.2 and when I first log in an error message appear quickly telling to contact Help desk, this has been going for a while but recently my pointer in the game is not visible so unable to play.

I am 70 years of age and do not know how to do that. I have pointer to log in, to create my world, but when loaded I do not have it so unable to play.
