Noisy / aliased foliage in Minecraft Java 1.21.11 vanilla

Description:
In Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.11, even on vanilla settings (Fancy graphics, Mipmap 4, no resource packs or shaders), foliage and leaves appear noticeably noisy and aliased compared to 1.21.10.

Previously, similar noise only appeared when using certain resource packs, but in 1.21.11 it is present in pure vanilla. This makes foliage look harsh and pixelated, especially when moving the camera.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.10 vanilla, Fancy graphics, Mipmap 4 → foliage looks smooth.

2. Launch Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.11 vanilla, Fancy graphics, Mipmap 4 → foliage appears noisy/aliased.

3. Observe leaves and grass edges, especially while moving the camera.

Expected Result:
Foliage should look similar to 1.21.10, smooth and without noticeable aliasing.

Actual Result:
Foliage and leaves have strong visible aliasing and noise even on vanilla, without any texture packs or shaders.
