Blocks like water or glass begin to flicker when the player looks down slightly.
Environment
My device runs Windows 10 with 12 GB of RAM and only has an integrated graphics card, but Minecraft runs quite well.

Are you using any add-ons or resource packs? If so, could you provide a complete list of them?
Could you please provide a world where issue occurs? (If the file is to big to upload it here please upload it to One Drive and post the link to it here)
Did the issue happen only once, or does it occur consistently?
