Removing AI from an evoker while it is casting a spell causes it to keep waving its arms forever

The bug is that if the Evoker sees the player or another target and starts waving his hands to summon the Vexs and during this he turns off the AI, he will wave his hands non-stop. How to reproduce:

Enter the command: /data merge entity @e[type=evoker,limit=1] {NoAI:1} and continue, or do not execute this command, but copy it and then paste and execute it when necessary.

Summon the Evoker using the command: /summon minecraft:evoker.

Switch to survival mode with the command /gamemode survival or using F3+F4 if you haven't already done so.

Immediately after the Evoker sees you and starts waving his hands to set the Vexs on you, select the command /data merge entity @e[type=evoker,limit=1] {NoAI:1} and do it.

And after you have disabled the AI of the Evoker (the main thing is to be able to do it in time when he waves his arms), he will continue to wave his arms and will do it without stopping. If you reset the world, the Evoker will stop waving his arms and return to normal.
