When enchanting a fishing rod, mostly on low levels but can happen with more bookshelves, some enchantments pop up that have no text and are not clickable.
I found this on my survival world and checked it in creative and the same thing happened with no bookshelves and with 2 layers. Also the only enchantments that actually appear are unbreaking.
