Text Displays with see_through set to 1 z-fight with themselves

Steps to reproduce:

• Run command /summon minecraft:text_display ~ ~ ~ {text:"Hello World"}

• Back up until you see the text

• Run command /data modify entity @n[type=minecraft:text_display] see_through set value 1

Results:

• Text z-fights significantly

Expected results:

• Text remains readable and clear
