Boats despawn on break

In some occasions do boats despawn when broken, without dropping itself. How it's broken do not seem to matter. Only one hit is required with a new stone axe. If it’s a chest-boat is all content dropped, but not the boat. I don’t know if other things is affected as well, or if it have existed before last update. Or if it can be a result of a world corruption.

I have no modifiers or extensions installed.
