Steps to reproduce:
Summon a Baby Zombie, Baby Husk, Gurgle and Baby Zombie Villager with these commands:

Freeze ticks while they are running towards the villager
/tick freeze
Observed Behavior:
Their inner part of the arms clip through the chestplate
Expected Behavior:
The chestplate covers their inner part of the arms
