Pistons Can Have Side Head AND Piston top head

When a redstone block is next to a just placed side piston, when replaced with a vertical one in the correct tick a piston will have a side head that is unbreakable and a top head that is actually the piston head.

(Please watch the Video Included is a video of the issue for more info. Sorry for how long it is. Its really hard to produce the issue. I trimed it at the front by 3 mins to shorten it. Its also helpful to see how to reproduce)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

To “easily” reproduce Do this in creative. Set Tick rate to 1. (You don’t really need to do this, It just makes it a lot easier) Then place a redstone block. (I recommend in the air) On its side place a piston going horizontally. Then As the Horizontal piston is extending its head replace it as fast as possible with a vertical one. (This is really hard I recommend already flying up when placing the horizontal one and then replace it with the vertical one.) This Issue Is really hard to reproduce you can see that in the video. If at first you don’t succeed try, try, try, try, and try again.

Edit: Also blocks that are pushed by the pistons in the issue are unbreakable too. And the unbreakable blocks and piston heads disappear when logging off. And I needed to cut the video it was too large I might upload the full version though the comments. plus a video of the blocks if you request it.
