When I was playing my single-player save, I found that if I hold down the shift key, it would cause random operation lag. This becomes even more noticeable if I open the inventory and select some items while holding down shift. I used the official launcher, and in the game, I had bound sprint to shift and sneak to ctrl. At the time, I was using Classical Chinese as the interface language.
