Zombie villagers change biome type after being cured

When a zombie villager is cured, its biome type is changed to the current biome.
But in 1.21.11-,the cured villager would retain the original biome type.
I think it might be because the new DATA_VILLAGER_DATA_FINALIZED tag. It defaults to false instead of inherit the original villager's data, so cured zombie villagers get their biome type reassigned based on the current location.
