Placing Suflur Spring

When running /place for the sulfur_spring it does not appear unless you re log, does not seem to be an issue with any other feature for /place.

The first image is the command being run and the second is after a re log

Steps to recreate:

1. run /place feature minecraft:sulfur_spring

2. quit to title

3. join world again
