Short description of the issue
When using Vulkan entities (mobs, item frames) are darker (like in the shadow) even when near light source. The items in inventory and containers are darker. The issue does not occur when using OpenGL.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Switch to Vulkan.
Expected result
Better performance and the same visuals as using OpenGL.
Actual result
Entities and item in inventory being darkened.
Environment
Linux (debian) the rest of system information in attachments.

Looks to me like lighting is being calculated for items in the hand with the wrong direction of light, if you look around you can see the block’s shadow will change, but this is best observed in the overworld. Shadows are not calculated for what other players would see.
